1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Geek Xpress services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, refrain from using our services.
2. Services Description
Geek Xpress provides:
Device repair (e.g., smartphones, laptops, tablets).
Technical support (software troubleshooting, malware removal).
Hardware/software installation or upgrades.
Data recovery services.
Services may vary by location and availability.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate device information and disclose existing damage.
Back up data before service; Geek Xpress is not liable for data loss.
Remove personal belongings (e.g., cases, SIM cards) before submitting devices.
4. Repair Process
Diagnosis: A fee may apply for diagnostics.
Approval: Repairs proceed only after your written consent (via email/SMS).
Parts: We use new, refurbished, or OEM-compatible parts unless specified otherwise.
Unforeseen Issues: Additional costs will be communicated for approval.
5. Fees & Payment
Payment is due upon service completion.
Estimates are non-binding; final costs may vary based on actual repairs.
Unclaimed devices after 30 days may be disposed of or sold to offset costs.
6. Warranty
Repairs include a 15-day warranty on labor and product warranty as per manufacturer.
Warranty is void if:
The device is tampered with post-repair.
Damage results from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Liability Limitations
No liability for:
Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service.
Data loss (back up your data!).
Incidental/consequential damages.
Total liability capped at service fee paid.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content (“Geek Xpress Materials”) are owned by Geek Xpress. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Termination
Geek Xpress may suspend or terminate your access for:
Breach of these terms.
Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in courts within [Jurisdiction].
